A 5 day bike, and sail tour on the west coast, in May to September
No area of Iceland can offer such a broad variety in outdoor life, nature, history and culture as Breiðafjörður (The Broad-bay). As a matter of fact the area has been a cultural centre through many ages but in modern times it has stayed free from overwhelming industrialization. It is a kind of remote area with some stretches of gravel roads but the nature is still the same: Countless islands; Flatey and skerries with flourishing bird life, resources from the beach and sea, the most beautiful waterfall in Iceland Dynjandi and the farmers, continue to be warm and friendly.
Iceland is an undiscovered winter paradise - go on a variety of exploration tours with all kinds of winter activities to experience the white winter nature in an intensive way!
With snowshoes, on dog sledge tours and on cross-country skis (also possible with a husky), we spend five days in an intense experience of the magic of winter. The locations are chosen for their beauty, peace and tranquility - you'll get the chance to absorb all of this. Time and again opportunities will present theselves for you to relax in beatiful outdoor swimming pools and hot pools.

This week is designed to give you an insight into the characteristics and the wide open spaces of our country and discover both the famous highlights and lesser-known wonders off the beaten path. Since the program is for small groups, we are able to tailor your experience for your individual interests - we keep the itinerary as flexible as possible for you.
Immerse yourself in the magic of winter at 66° north: White-blanketed nature conveys calmness and harmony, while giving space for enjoyable activities.
Experience the most quite time of the year in Iceland and enjoy the wonderful winter activities. The sun casts its golden light over the flat snowy landscape and at night often the northern lights are dancing across the sky - it's an enchanted world of silence which radiates at a great deal of power. When it's really cold outside, the warm pools give their full blessing.
The autumn excites all the senses: the colors of the plants, the clear air and the sweetness of the ripe berries. The play of color shows the strong energy of nature before the winter silence begins.
Slowly calmness is coming: the migratory birds and most of the tourists now leave Iceland. But life here once again awakens to full power: the berries and mushrooms are ripe, the colors are shining and horses and sheep are brought back from the mountains to the valleys in huge round-ups. A wonderful time to have an intensive insight to Iceland´s life.
Discover and feel the power of Icelandic nature in summer - and let yourself be enchanted by the splendor of the midnight sun.
When the sun shines around the clock life vibrates in the north: the 1000s of birds revive the coasts, the vegetation is in full bloom and the sun warms the land. On hikes we discover the diversity of Icelandic nature and sense her power during our yoga sessions.
Absorb the power of the midnight sun whilst practicing yoga right at the fjord. Dive into the 6 day oasis of pure nature experiences combined with comfort in modern living. This is an open week for up to 12 participants.
You will enjoy practicing yoga 3-6 hours a day, alternating with amazing trips and relaxation in the private jacuzzi before the week culminates in a farewell dinner with views of the midnight sun. This week will give you time to have with yourself and also to enjoy time spent with your companions. Whether you come for the workshop in June, July or August - the midnight sun will certainly enchant you.
